Refund and Returns Policy

At Solar Power Space, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we follow strict regulations, our goal is to make the returns and warranty process as smooth as possible.

 Returns & Exchanges

  • All returns go through a thorough inspection by our sales and technical team.

  • Products must be in original condition, unused, and with warranty seals intact.

  • Inverters and similar products can only be refunded or exchanged if they remain sealed in the original box.

  • If warranty seals are broken or products show signs of tampering, the return will be declined.

 No Refunds or Exchanges On

  • Products that have been installed, scratched, damaged, or used.

  • Open-box (OBF) items unless approved under special circumstances by management.

 Verification Process

  • Serial numbers on the product and packaging must match our records.

  • Once approved, you may choose a refund, exchange, or store credit.

 Shipping & Courier

  • Customers are responsible for return courier fees.

  • If we arrange the courier, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

  • Damaged goods must be reported to us within 7 working days of delivery. After this, they will be handled under warranty.

 Warranty Returns

  • Warranty assessments and repairs may take 7–30 working days.

  • If your return is approved under warranty, we will repair, replace, or credit you depending on the case.


Important: No refunds or exchanges will be granted on products that have been installed, damaged, or altered in any way.
